/KASE, December 26, 2023/ – Ai Karaauyl JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on January 29,
2024 at 10:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- consideration of the company's development strategy for 2024–2027 and
the budget for 2024 and determining the funding source;
- choosing an audit company to conduct an audit of financial statements for
2023;
- approval of the company shareholders agreement.
