/KASE, December 29, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on December 28, 2023 the
Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZ2P00010481 (AGQApp1; $1,000; $1.2 mln; 3 years; semi-annual
coupon, 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of AGRIQA Asia LLP (Turqistan region) in KASE
official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is December 29,
2023.
