/KASE, January 5, 2024/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on February 1,
2024 at 12:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the only issue of concluding
between Batys tranzit JSC and Eurasian Development Bank an addendum to the
loan agreement, which is a major transaction.
