/KASE, January 22, 2024/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) effective January 22, 2024, the following
changes were made to the composition of KASE's Management Board:
Dana Muratbekovna Amanzholova, Managing Director – member of the
Exchange's Management Board, was elected to the position of Deputy
Chairman of the Management Board, retaining her previously established
term of office (until and including June 30, 2026);
Yeldos Maratovich Kuanyshbekov, Managing Director for IT, was elected a
member of the Management Board with a term of office from January 22,
2024 through June 30, 2026.
Yeldos Kuanyshbekov joined KASE team in 2023, and since August 21, 2023 he
has worked as Managing Director for IT. He has management experience,
previously headed "The Center for Development of Payment and Financial
Technologies of the National Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC. Supervised areas of
strategic development, took part in the implementation of projects in the field of
fintech.
Beginning from said date, KASE's Management Board will consist of five people:
A. Aldambergen, Chairman of the Management Board;
A. Amanzholova, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
Y. Mazhekenov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
Zh. Sarzhakov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
Y. Kuanyshbekov, Managing Director for IT – member of the Management
Board.
