/KASE, February 7, 2024/ – Centras Securities JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 5, 2024, G.
Dauletbakova was elected as a member of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Centras
Securities JSC consists of five persons: T. Kamarov, M. Melanich, A. Ashimova,
A. Nauryzbayev, G. Dauletbakova.
