/KASE, February 13, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on February 12, 2024 the
Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZ2P00010945 (OLSTpp1; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual
coupon, 25.00 % APR; 30/360) of Olivia Stroy LLP (Astana) in KASE official
list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is February 14,
2024.
