/KASE, March 1, 2024/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press release:

A Deputy Chairman of the Board has been appointed to Development Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of NMH "Baiterek" JSC). This was Lee Vladimir
Yevgeniyevich, who previously held the position of Managing Director for Export
Finance. In his new position, he will oversee project lending. The decision on
the appointment was made by the Board of Directors of the Bank on February 23,
2024.
Vladimir Lee was born on June 10, 1985. In 2007 he graduated from Karaganda
State University. Y.A. Buketov, majoring in Finance.
In the period from 2007 to 2015, he worked as a specialist in the Akmola branch
of Kazkommertsbank JSC, chief specialist of the small and medium-sized
business department in the Karaganda branch of Temirbank JSC, risk manager
in the Karaganda branch of Tsesnabank JSC, head of the medium-sized
business department in Karaganda branch of Temirbank JSC and Alfa-Bank
JSC.
From August 2015 to the present, he has been working at Development Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC, starting as a credit analyst in the project department, after
which he worked as a banker in the customer service department and a senior
banker in the customer service department. Since March 2022, he has held the
position of Managing Director.
The composition of the Bank's Board, taking into account the changes made, is
as follows: Yelibayev Marat Talgatovich – Chairman of the Board, Omarov
Bakhytzhan Baidildayevich – Deputy Chairman of the Board, Abisheva Botagoz
Toktagulovna – Deputy Chairman of the Board, Sharipov Asset Bulatovich –
Deputy Chairman of the Board and Lee Vladimir Yevgeniyevich – Deputy
Chairman of the Board.
