/KASE, March 19, 2024/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on March 18, 2024.
The shareholders, among other things, decided to pay dividends on common and
preferred shares of the bank for 2023 in the amount of 4,000 tenge per share.
Dividend payment start date – March 18, 2024.
