/KASE, March 26, 2024/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the
Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On March 19, 2024, the international rating agency S&P Global Ratings revised
the outlook on the Bank's ratings from "Stable" to "Positive", upgraded the
Bank's national scale rating from "kzA-" to "kzA", and also affirmed the Bank's
long-term and short-term credit ratings at the "BB-/B" level. The agency notes
that the importance of the Bank for the country's financial system has
increased in recent years. Agency analysts expect that the Government will have
more incentives to provide extraordinary support to the Bank, if necessary.
