/KASE, April 9, 2024/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the sole shareholder dated March 29, 2024.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the bank's consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements
for 2023;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the bank's net income for
2023 in the amount of 180,017,979,920.30 tenge:
- 90,008,989,960.15 tenge will be used to pay dividends to the bank's sole
shareholder;
- 90,008,989,960.15 tenge will be retained at disposal of the bank.
