Bonds KZ2P00011117 (ORBSb2) of Orbis Leasing passed listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, April 17, 2024/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on April 16, 2024 decided to include bonds KZ2P00011117 (KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on placement of bonds; 30/360) of Orbis Leasing LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) ORBSb2. More detailed information on the said bond issue will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2024-04-17]
