Bonds KZ2P00010960 (MFMCb1) of MFO "MyCar Finance" passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, April 17, 2024/ – On April 17, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00010960 (KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 1 year; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of MFO "MyCar Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first one under the first bond program of MFO "MyCar Finance" LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on February 9, 2024 in the amount of 20.0 billion tenge. The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFMCb1. The main activity of MFO "MyCar Finance" LLP is microlending.
