LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the consolidated financial statements
present reliably, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position
of Kazakhtelecom JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2023 and their
consolidated financial results and their consolidated cash flows for the year
ended as of the specified date in compliance with IFRS.
