/KASE, April 25, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on April 23, 2024 the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZ2C00011047 (HCBNb12; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 360 days; semi-annual
coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful
trading on offering of bonds; 30/360) of Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty) in
KASE official list's main market's "commercial bonds" category.
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is April 25, 2024.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced later.
