/KASE, April 29, 2024/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 26,
2024.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited consolidated and separate annual financial statements
of the bank for 2023;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the bank for the 2023 financial
year;
- to leave the net income for 2023 in the amount of 135,246 million tenge in the
bank's retained earnings account.
