/KASE, April 30, 2024/ – As announced previously, a repeated special trading
session for the offering of government long-term treasury obligations of the
Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan MEUKAM-108 of issue 12
(KZKD00000915, MUM108_0012) was held in the trading system of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) today.
According to a message received by KASE, the issuer executed orders for a total
of KZT6,935,506,000 at face value, setting the cut-off price at 94.2955 % of the
face value (yield – 12.20 % APR). The weighted average clean price in executed
orders amounted to 94.6895 % of the face value (yield – 11.97 % per annum).
From 15:30 to 16:00 o'clock, Astana time, a special trading session on
additional offering of said securities will be held in KASE's trading system.
