/KASE, May 2, 2024/ – Crystal Management JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on June 18,
2024 by way of absentee voting, with the agenda, among other things, including
the issue of amending a major interested party transaction.
