Changes in the Board of directors of Astana-finance JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, May 26, 05/ - Astana-finance JSC (Astana, the company), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE by the official letter about changing of the staff of its Board of directors, which was confirmed by the annual general shareholders meeting held on May 17 of 2005.
