/KASE, June 29, 09/ - Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty, hereafter - the bank), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) agreed on the following people for managing positions:

• F. Halperin - as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank;
• A. Savchenco - as a member of the Board of Directors - independent director of the bank;
• A. Shefer - as a deputy chairman of the Management Board - a member of the Management Board of the Bank.
