/IRBIS , Valeriya Grichshenko, September 1, 09/ - Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the decision of its sole shareholder - Alfa-Bank JSC on April 24, 2009.

According to the document provided by the sole shareholder of the bank made the following decisions:

• to approve the annual financial report of the bank for 2008, confirmed by "PricewaterhouseCoopers";
• to leave without distribution the net income of the bank to the amount of KZT1,607,226,721. 68.
