/IRBIS, September 22, 2010/ - ABDI Company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the decision of its sole shareholder - LLP ABDI GROUP on September 6, 2010.

According to the documents submitted the sole shareholder of the company took the following decisions:

• sell the share belonging to the company's share capital LLP ABDI SUN in the amount of 95% LLP Kemer Salt for KZT9,500,000.0;
• sell the share belonging to the company's share capital LLP ABDI EKON in the amount of 99.9% LLP Kemer Salt "for KZT149,850.0.
