The bank's registrar is Tsentr DAR (Almaty).

According to the extract:

• the total number of the bank's authorized shares (common stock KZ1C00490017 only) is equal to 100,000,000 units;
• all authorized shares are outstanding;
• the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person, holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is OJSC Alfa-Bank (Moscow, Russia).
