/IRBIS, November 9, 2010/ - JSC ABDI Company (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of the meeting of the Board of Directors on October 26, 2010.

According to the document the Board of Directors decided on a large-scale transactions with JSC "Kaspi Bank", namely the approval of granting a mortgage, under which the company provides property pledged as security for performance of obligations under the agreement to open a credit line from August 24, 2007 year.
