/KASE, April 22, 11/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that on April 22, 2011 a special trading session was held in KASE trading system with common shares KZ1C32600013, KZ1C00000579 (KASE official list, third category, ARAL) of International Airport of Almaty (Almaty) offered for acquisition.

At present, the total number of authorized common shares of International Airport of Almaty makes up 100,000 units, placed - 78,414 units. The buyer intended to buy up to 100 % from offered shares.

One KASE member, a brokerage and dealing institution took part in the trading session, submitting two orders for selling of 78,414 shares. In the course of this the average weighted offered price made up KZT160,717.06 per share.

As a result of the trading session, the buyer has satisfied both orders in full. The purchase amount made up KZT12,602,467,150.77 (equivalent of USD86,740,086.38 at the current market rate).
