/IRBIS, May 18, 2011/ - "ABDI Company" JCS (Almaty, hereinafter referred to as Company), whose stocks are included into KASE official list, has provided KASE with a copy of decision of its only stockholder "ABDI Group" JCS from May 12, 2011.

According to the given document, the only stockholder decided to approve the selling of Company's real estate to Kemer Salt JCS.
