/KASE, June 3, 11/ - International Airport of Almaty (Almaty), whose common shares are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of its intention to make a major deal with ATFBank".

The letter discloses no details of the deal.
