/KASE, July 22, 11/ - Imstalkon (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of decision of Almaty City Special Inter-District Economic Court (in the headline and hereinafter - SIEC) of July 4, 2011.

According to the decision at the suit of Imstalkon to Alfa-Bank (Moscow) and Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty) Almaty SIEC has decided:

To satisfy Imstalkon application to prohibit certain actions.

To prohibit Alfa-Bank and Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank Bank undertaking any actions related to withdrawal of funds from Imstalkon accounts, including payment orders to banks, where Imstalkon has accounts.

The decision is subject to immediate fulfillment.
