/KASE, November 7, 11/ - SENIM-BANK (Almaty region, hereinafter - the Bank), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on November 28, 2011 at 16:00 o'clock a special general meeting of its shareholders will begin.

The sole issue of the meeting's agenda is consideration of performance of the Board of Directors and Management Board in the first half-year of 2011.

The mentioned meeting will be held at 21/2, Askarov str., app. 1, the village Rakhat, Karasai district, Almaty region. Registration of participants will begin at 15:30 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the meeting will be drawn up as of November 15, 2011.

In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the bank's shareholders will be held on November 29, 2011 at the same time and address.
