/KASE, December 23, 11/ - Nurbank (Almaty, hereinafter in the quotation - the Bank), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official letter that on December 8, 2011 its Board of Directors made the following decisions:

1. on release of the Bank Management Board Deputy Chairman Saken Akhmetov from obligations of the Bank Management Board Chairman (the last day of obligations fulfillment is December 12, 2011).

2. vest the Bank Financial Director Rishat Zhakanbaev with functions of the Bank Management Board Chairman till election the Bank Management Chairman, but not more than for 60 calendar days.
