JSC "Kompania Registrator" (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C32600013, KZ1C00000579 of the company is equal to 100,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P32600119, KZ1P00000582 - 10,000 units;
• 78,414 common shares are outstanding; preferred shares have not been offered;
• The sole shareholder of the company holding its shares in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of outstanding shares of the company is VENUS AIRPORT INVESTMENTS B.V. (Amsterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands).
