According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the company (common shares KZ1C39070012 only) is 200,800 units;
• 2,255 shares are outstanding;
• the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of the company is ABDI GROUP (Almaty).
