The company's registrar is JSC "Registrator Zerde" (Almaty).

According to the extract:

• the total number of the company's authorized common shares KZ1C45260011 is equal to 6,560,751 units, preferred shares KZ1P45260117 - 2,186,917 units;
• 6,557,459 common shares are outstanding, preferred shares have not been offered;
• the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is JSC "Kagazy Investments" (Almaty).
