/KASE, January 27, 12/ - JSC "Nurbank" (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2012.

JSC "Tsentr DAR" (Almaty) is the bank's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C33110012, KZ000A1CTMU5 of the bank makes up 13,375,557 units, preferred shares KZ1P33110118, KZ000A1СТМV3 - 300,000 units;
• 10,526,728 common shares and 225,876 preferred shares are outstanding;
• the bank bought back 698 common shares and 181 preferred share;
• persons, each holding shares of the company in the quantity of five and more per cent from the total number of outstanding shares of the company, are:
