JSC "Registrator Zerde" (Almaty) is the bank's registrar.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the bank (common shares KZ1C36500011, KZ000A1CTMT7 only) makes up 10,000,000 units;
• 9,314,602 shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the bank bought back 40,465 of its shares;
• persons, each holding shares in the number of five and more per cent, from the total number of outstanding shares of the bank, are:
