/KASE, January 30, 12/ - JSC "International Airport of Almaty" (Almaty), shares of which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of changes and additions made to its shares issue prospectus and that of a certificate of state registration of securities issues of January 17, 2012, replacing the previous one.

According to the said documents:

• Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on January 17, 2012 registered changes and additions to the company's shares issue prospectus;
• the said certificate was replaced due to the changed legal address of the company;
• the total number of authorized shares of the company makes up 110,000, including 100,000 common shares KZ1C32600013, 10,000 preferred shares KZ1P32600119;
• the shares issue is registered in the State Register of Emissive Securities under No. А3260;
• as of July 8, 2011, 21, 586 common shares and all preferred shares of the company remained unplaced; its authorized share capital equals to KZT78,414,000.
