On March 30, 2012 there was held a meeting of the Board of Directors of Kagazy Investments JSC at which a decision was made to approve Mr. Amirzhanov Nurlan Kakenovich as an Independent Director of Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC Board of Directors.

In the Board of Directors Mr. Amirzhanov represents interests of the Creditors Committee of the Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC.
