/KASE, April 6, 12/ - Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Subsidiary Halyk-Kazakhinstrakh (Almaty), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of changes and additions to its shares issue prospectus.

The changes and additions have been registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on March 19, 2012 and were made due to changes and additions in the information on Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Subsidiary Halyk-Kazakhinstrakh divisions heads.
