FSC NBK registers fact of non-placement of Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) bonds KZP02Y07D257 (KZ2C00001220, EUBNb9) from October 15, 2011 to April 14, 2012
/KASE, May 11, 12/ - Eurasian Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated May 3, 2012 saying that FSC NBK "having considered notice #54-002/9653 of April 24, 2012 of non-placement of registered coupon subordinated unsecured bonds of the second issue issued under the second bond programme of Eurasian Bank, takes note of the fact that in the period from October 15, 2011 to April 14, 2012 the said bonds were not placed".
According to FSC NBK, 217,160,999 units of the said bonds were placed as of April 15, 2012.
