Relative to similar period of 2002 there are following changes:

• company's shareholders equity decreased by KZT2.7 m. as the result of decrease of total sum of undistributed income by the same sum;
• assets decreased by 2.5 m., that was caused by decrease of accounts receivable by 6.7 m. and other assets - by 76.0 th. that was partially covered by the increase of short-term financial investments by 3.5 m. and money - by 855.0 th.;
• liabilities increased by 239.0 th., as the result of increase of accounts payable by 137.0 th., and other liabilities - by 102.0 th.;
• volume of rendered services rose by KZT1.2 m.;
• cost of rendered services rose by KZT1.3 m.;
• expenses of the period (general and administrative only) rose by KZT720.3 th. (by 25.8%).

Within 9 months of Zerde OJSC received loss in the amount of KZT2.9 m. against KZT1.7 m. of net income of similar period of 2002.
