/KASE, May 2, 2024/ – Centras Securities JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on April
29, 2024.
The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2023;
- to take note of the audit report for 2023;
- not to distribute net accumulated profit based on the results of 2023, not to
accrue or pay dividends for 2023.
