of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazakh language, the first and second
paragraphs are edited/ - Financial Institutions' Association of Kazakhstan
(Almaty, hereinafter - FIAK) provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) the copy of letter of the Ministry of Finance of April 11, 2009 # ДГ3-
3/4437 in Kazakh and Russian languages.
In the mentioned letter version in Russian language addressed to FIAK and
on unknown to KASE reasons with no signatures, the Ministry of Finance of
the Republic of Kazakhstan informed on the following:

Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty) was made a default on interest
