Alliance Bank (hereafter - the Bank) is pleased to announce the Special financial court of Almaty (the Court) on September 18, 2009 approved application of the Bank on restructuring. The court's decision is an important step in restructuring and recapitalization of the Bank, which will allow the Bank for starting restructuring in accordance with the new Kazakhstan legislation on restructuring.
