Due to the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan #1584 of October 13, 09 "On making changes and additions to the Concessional agreement on construction and exploitation of the interregional electricity line "North Kazakhstan - Aktobe Region" of December 28, 2005 and the Guarantee Agreement of January 9, 2006 #2ДП002" the Bank addressed for signing to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan agreed on Agreement on making changes and additions to the Guarantee Agreement of January 9, 2006 #2DP002.

Mentioned changes and additions increase the size of subsidiary responsibility of the state in the project and protect interests of the company bond holders.
