/KASE, December 7, 09/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board decision Alliance Bank (Almaty) from December 8, 2009 to February 28, 2010 is released from the market-maker status on KASE on the following international bonds of ALB Finance B.V. (Rotterdam):

1. XS0234283264 (KASE official list buffer category, ASBNe2);

2. XS0251702618 (KASE official list buffer category, ASBNe3).

This decision was made in compliance with item 20 of article 8 of the KASE internal document "Specification of Market-Maker Status for Exchange Categories "P" and "H"" based on the market-maker application.
