/KASE, March 10, 10/ - Bayan Sulu (Kostanai), shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter that:

Bayan Sulu informs that on March 9, 2010 was held its shareholders special general meeting with participation of three shareholders, which own 6,529,790 common shares of the company, the total number of voting shares - 6,666,667.

On the agenda issues were made the following decisions:

Issue 1.

1. Increase the number of authorized common shares of the issue, registered in the State Securities Register under number А2412, to 100,000,000 (one hundred million).

2. Make the government registration of changes and additions to authorized shares issue prospectus.

Issue 2.

1. Approve changes and additions to the company Charter and their government registration.
