Bonds KZP02Y10C113 (BTAIb12) of BTA Ipoteka delisted after redemption

/KASE, April 9, 10/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informed subordinated bonds KZP02Y10C113 (BTAIb12; KZT100, KZT1.0 bn; 04.08.06 - 04.08.16, semiannual coupon 7.00 % APR; 30/360) of BTA Bank's subsidiary BTA Ipoteka (Almaty) were de-listed from KASE April 8, 2010 after early redemption.

The bonds were redeemed ahead of schedule in accordance with the bond issue prospectus and decision of the Board of directors dated February 12, 2010 No. 128/02.

The bonds were listed on KASE in category "А" beginning August 4, 2006, on September 1, 2008 were transferred to the first subcategory of Non-rated debt securities, and February 1, 2010 - to the second subcategory of Non-rated debt securities on KASE. Trade therein was opened August 18, 2006.

During the circulation on KASE bond yield to maturity for buyer (on open trade deals) varied from 7.43 to 78.00 % APR.

In 2009 the bonds were ranked 161st in corporate tradability rating in terms of concluded deals (0.03 % of corresponding turnover) and 136th in a similar corporate bond rating (0.09 %).

According to BTA Ipoteka, nominal value and accrued interest were paid in full.
