Bonds KZP03Y10C111 (BTAIb13) of BTA Ipoteka (Kazakhstan) delisted from KASE after redemption
/KASE, April 9, 10/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informed subordinated bonds KZP03Y10C111 (BTAIb13; KZT100, KZT1.0 bn; 28.12.06 - 28.12.16, semiannual coupon 7.00 % APR; 30/360) of BTA Bank's subsidiary BTA Ipoteka (Almaty) were removed from KASE after early redemption.
The bonds were redeemed ahead of schedule in accordance with the bond issue prospectus and decision of the Board of directors dated February 12, 2010 No. 128/02.
The bonds were listed on KASE in category "A" December 28, 2006, September 1, 2008 transferred to the first subcategory of Non-rated debt securities, February 1, 2010 - to the second subcategory of Non-rated debt securities of KASE. Trade therein was opened March 30, 2007.
During the circulation on KASE bond to maturity for buyer (on open trade deals) varied from 8.50 to 78.00 % APR.
In 2009 the bonds were ranked 353rd in corporate bond tradability rating in terms of value of concluded deals (0.001 % of corresponding market turnover) and 255th in a similar rating for corporate bonds (0.001 %).
According to BTA Ipoteka, nominal value and accrued interest were paid in full.
