According to forecasted estimates of prudential norms, submitted by the Bank as of December 1, 2010, prudential norms considering early repayment of subordinated bonds to the amount of KZT5 bn shall be observed by the Bank.

Therefore, the Agency considers possible early full repayment by Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan of subordinated bonds third issue.

According to the issue prospectus of bonds KZP03Y10C590 (KASE official list Non-rated Debt Securities first subcategory, HSBKb14; KZT10,000, KZT5.0 bn, November 6, 08 - November 6, 18; the semi-annual coupon 13.00 % APR) "the Bank is entitled to early repay bonds at a face value as of the coupon interest payment dates during bonds circulation period".
