/KASE, September 20, 11/ - Almatyenergosbyt (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of registered changes to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2P0Y07D045 (KZ2P00001266, KASE official list Non-Rated Debt Securities second subcategory, AESOb1; KZT1, KZT900.0 mln, July 2, 08 - July 2, 15; semi-annual coupon 15.00 % APR; 30/360) and securities issue government registration certificate of August 27, 2011, which replaced the earlier issued.

According to the documents:

• the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) registered changes to the mentioned bonds issue prospectus; - the certificate has been replaced due to the change of Almatyenergosbyt legal address;
• the mentioned bonds issue was included to the State Serial Securities Register under number D04.
