/KASE, November 30, 11/ - A special trading session for buying back infrastructure bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list, "buffer category", DTJLb1; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 2005 - August 2, 2028; annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 8.75 % APR in the current coupon period; 30/360) of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty) was held today in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) trading system. The declared volume of buyback was equal to 4,360,000 infrastructure bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (14.5 % of the total number of placed bonds of this issue). The trade subject was the bonds' net price (excluding accrued interest) expressed as percentage of the security's face value accurate within the fourth decimal. Orders for participation in the buyback were submitted to KASE trading system by the closed method from 10:00 to 13:00 o'clock, Almaty time (ALT). Only limited orders were accepted at the trades. The method of acceptance of orders for purchase - at prices of limited counter orders equal to the cut-off price or being more profitable for a buyer. The settlement scheme - T+0. Seven KASE members took part in the trading session, submitting 24 orders, of which 15 orders for selling 15,615,050 bonds remained active as at the moment of the orders submission period. Thus, the offer at the trading 3.6 times exceeded the demand. "Net" prices in the orders submitted varied from 64.0000 % (14.6 % APR) to 124.4834 % (6.3 % APR), making up 90.6337 % (9.9 % APR to maturity for buyer) as the weighted average. In the total volume of active orders, pension market entities accounted for 88.8%, brokerage firms - 2.2%, clients of brokerage firms - 8.9%. Upon results of the trading the issuer set the cut-off price at 65.0000 %, which corresponds to the bonds' yield-to-maturity for buyer of 14.35 % APR, thus buying back 451,440 bonds. The "net" price of deals on the weighted average made up 64.9725 % (14.36 % APR to maturity for buyer). The buyback amount made up KZT306,369,150.00. According to Central Securities Depository (Almaty), all transactions were executed by the moment of publishing this information. The entire volume of bonds was sold by clients of brokerage firms.
